Promotion Terms

  1. Duration and Scope

    • Promotion periods are determined by the website's system time. Certain promotions may be restricted to specific European countries or regions.

  2. Eligibility for Discounts

    • Cash vouchers, reward points, free shipping thresholds and other discounts apply to all products on Huozhong Sports website.

  3. Pricing Reference

    • Promotional prices are calculated based on the listed reference price.

  4. Non-Stackable Discounts

    • Only one discount method can be applied per order (unless otherwise specified). Multiple coupons of the same type cannot be used simultaneously.

  5. Gifts and Prizes

    • Gifts are available while supplies last and comply with EU consumer protection laws. Contest prizes are as described and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners must submit valid information within the specified timeframe.

  6. Promotion Modifications

    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions due to supplier price adjustments or inventory issues, with notifications displayed on the website or sent via email/SMS.

  7. User Conduct

    • Fraudulent activities (fake orders, data manipulation) are prohibited. Violations may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of benefits and legal action.

  8. Returns and Discount Adjustments

    • Partial returns will proportionally reduce discount value. If the remaining order value no longer meets promotion terms, original prices apply.

    • Returns due to user errors (wrong address, refused delivery) void discount eligibility.

    • Returns are accepted for our errors (incorrect size/style) or product defects within 14 days of receipt. Customers bear return shipping costs.

    • We are not liable for transaction failures, service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events, but will endeavor to mitigate impacts.

  2. User Responsibility

    • Users must provide accurate registration information. Losses due to incorrect information are the user's responsibility.

    • Returns due to buyer's selection errors are not accepted.
