What size jersey should I choose?
– Our jerseys follow standard sizing. Please note that player version jerseys have a slimmer, more fitted cut. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual size.


I made a mistake with my order. Can it be modified?
– Yes. Please contact us via the website’s customer service email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after payment to request a modification.


Do you offer worldwide shipping?
– Yes, we provide international shipping worldwide. Please note that delivery for international orders generally takes 10–30 business days.


Can I track my shipment?
– Yes. You can check your order status and tracking number on the Order Tracking page on our homepage using your order number or email address. Once you have the tracking number, paste it into 17track.net to view real-time tracking information.


Do you have official social media accounts?
– Yes. You can follow all our official platforms via our Linktree (linktr.ee).
Please note: All order inquiries must be handled through official customer service channels. Social media accounts do not provide customer support.


If you purchased from a non-official website
(excluding sparkmaxsports, which is a legitimate mystery box–themed website), please take the following steps immediately to protect your rights:

  1. Contact your bank or card issuer
    Request a chargeback (dispute). In most cases, stating that the transaction is suspected fraud is sufficient to initiate the process.
  2. Report the fraud

What is the delivery timeframe?
– Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks from the order date.


How do I log in to my customer account?
– During your first order, the system will ask whether you would like to create a customer account.
If you choose to create one, you can log in using your account and an encrypted password.
If you choose not to, the system will only retain your shipping address for that order and no personal account will be created.


What do the order statuses “In Progress” and “Completed” mean?
Processing: Your order is being prepared
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched
Completed: Your order has been delivered

Other possible statuses include:
Pending: Payment not completed
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled
Rejected: Order identified as a fraud risk, rejected, and a refund arranged


When will I receive my tracking number?
– You will receive the tracking number by email within 7–10 days after placing your order.
Registered users can view it in their order history after logging in.
Guest users can check it on the homepage using their email address or order number.
Please note that the tracking number is different from the order number.
