1. Hassle-Free Return Guarantee

2. Simple and Clear Return Process

2.1 Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with the original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
  • Non-Product Issues: If the return is due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Product Defects or Errors: If the product has quality issues, is damaged, or does not match the description, the seller will bear the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
  • Personalized Products: Customized or personalized products (such as engraved items) are generally non-returnable unless the product has a quality issue.
  • Return Period: In accordance with applicable law, you have a legal minimum return period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product. This period may be extended up to 30 days during holidays or promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). For orders placed between December 14 and December 30, 2026, an extended return period of 45 days applies.

The return process consists of three simple steps:

2.2 Submit a Return Request

  1. Log into your account and go to the "Order Management" section.
  2. Select the item(s) to be returned.
  3. Fill out the return form (including reason and quantity), and the system will automatically generate a return code.

2.3 Confirmation and Negotiation

Once the return request is received, customer service will contact you within 24 hours via email or internal messaging to confirm the return method (prepaid/collect), the refund method (original payment method/credit points/cash voucher), and any special handling suggestions for specific items.

2.4 Complete the Return

Return the item(s) as agreed and keep the shipping receipt. We will conduct a quality check within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) and trigger the refund in accordance with applicable law, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item.

2.5 Peace of Mind Guarantee

Real-time system tracking: You can check the return status at any time (please go to "Order Management" → "After-Sales Progress").

2.6 Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment account (e.g., PayPal, credit card, WISE, Western Union, etc.).
  • Refund Timeframe: Refund processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days, and will be completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item in accordance with applicable law.
